  • Research & Modelling: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to challenge assumptions in business plans.
  • KYC/Compliance (Specific to Banking/Fintech): Executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Infrastructure Evaluation: Assessing the state of hardware, networks, data centers, and overall technical debt.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Reviewing cyber risks, data privacy issues, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Software & Intellectual Property (IP): Analyzing software architecture, quality, licensing, and scalability.
