- Transaction Reporting: Crafting thorough diligence reports (whether buy-side or sell-side) that include analyses of Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital (NWC), and Net Debt.
- Client Advisory: Communicating findings to clients and providing strategic advice on transaction valuation and structuring.
- Research & Modelling: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to challenge assumptions in business plans.
- KYC/Compliance (Specific to Banking/Fintech): Executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Infrastructure Evaluation: Assessing the state of hardware, networks, data centers, and overall technical debt.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Reviewing cyber risks, data privacy issues, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Software & Intellectual Property (IP): Analyzing software architecture, quality, licensing, and scalability.
- IT Organization & Governance: Evaluating talent, processes, and IT capabilities within the organization.
